Though "obviously older", this four-floor property in a "nice neighborhood" "close to restaurants" and the interstate is known for "outstanding service" from its "exceptionally courteous" staff and "excellent housekeeping" crew; amenities include a complimentary shuttle that takes you "anywhere you need to go" and "both an indoor and outdoor pool", but the fitness facility could stand "updating" and the on-site eats are "overpriced."

The location for shopping was awesome.
No continental breakfast.
The pool was nice after a long day of shopping but I didn't like that I couldn't take the kids down in the morning to get a continental breakfast. Breakfast at Denny's was way cheaper and better than the restaurant downstairs. ...read more

Rooms where very clean, it looked like there had been some updates made recently.
The swimming pool smelled like it had been treated with bleach, instead of chlorine ( not sure on spelling) it kind of burnt your skin.
Overall the hotel was pretty nice. Even though there was no towels in the swimming area and the pool was not in the best of shape it was still a nice hotel.

Room was clean, and the queen size beds.
It was getting old - things are wearing (e.g. trim, carpet).
Hotel staff were great. The hotel is good overall. It's not a 3 star in my mind due primarily to the fact that the facility and it various components are showing their age.

I liked being on the first floor.
The back doors did not lock, anyone could get into the hall areas.
Its a very nice hotel, however a little too high for my budget, therefore 2 nights is my limit.

Maid had pink eye and bathroom only big enough for one person.
An old hotel with tired updates. Bathroom barely large enough in which to change your mind. The room was clean and large, but the maid had pink eye yet was handling our towels and linens. Aaagh! Great location for where we needed to be during the weekend. ...read more

Would definitely stay again.
Very nice- requested a non smoking room which they didn't have to give since I used Priceline but they said they would do there best to accommodate us and they did.
